If you like fresh strawberries, avocados, oranges and possibly the best weather in southern California then you want to live in Fallbrook. I feel that it is the best community in North County and after you visit I'm sure you'll agree. The old village is something right out of the 1950's you can walk thru the business district and probably meet a new friend or neighbor. Quite a bit of the western edge of Fallbrook is adjacent to Camp Pendleton so there won't be any development of the area between you and the ocean. There are cool ocean breezes that flow along the San Luis Rey river so the temperature is relatively moderate. The parcels can range from large to city lot size although the majority of parcels are larger and accommodate agriculture and livestock. It's not uncommon to see people riding horses on property around these here parts y'all.
